  Becareful you dont miss or cancel any appointments, i had an appointment today and it was my 2nd or 3rd but it had been like 3 years between the appointments plus i had missed a appointment and didnt let them know which i agree isnt the right way to do things but i was "Gobsmacked" what the polish lady/foreigner dentish said to me next and the tone of her voice, first i understand if you miss 3 appointsment without giving notice you get struck off the there list, but she turn and told me in a blunt manner, "If your not going to bother coming for regular check ups dont bother coming at all and apparently i was lucky she was treating me today"!!!!!!!!!! Who the hell does she think she is?? if it wasnt for me having my gob wide open and her with a drill in it i think she would of got told she was lucky i didnt smack her in her gob.

  Terrible service. Had check ups booked for tomorrow, booked weeks ago! Had three phone calls confirming we will attend and to inform us that if we needed any work doing that it would have to be via another practice.... also had two texts to confirm we were still going. I also rang them today! Just had a phone call to cancel the appointments...reason, 'We're closing so we need to get the dental work done.' I did point out that I was told they weren't doing any 'treatments' they couldn't give any answers! Very, very disappointed with the 'shoddy' second rate service!
